Project Process

CONCEPT PHASE

This is where ideas take shape. We explore your goals, style preferences, and project requirements to create initial sketches, mood boards, and spatial layouts. The focus is on creative direction, functionality, and overall vision before moving into technical details.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Your chosen concept is refined with more accurate dimensions, material selections, and structural considerations. We start detailing floor plans, elevations, and 3D views while collaborating closely with engineers and consultants. The goal is to solidify the design and ensure it's practical, buildable, and aligned with your budget.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS PHASE

We prepare a full set of detailed, code-compliant drawings required for permitting and construction. These include architectural plans, sections, schedules, and notes used by contractors to build your project. It’s the technical blueprint that turns your design into reality.

LEAD DESIGNER

Treyvon Perry

Perry studied architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington. While a second‑year student, he delivered a TEDx talk at UTA in 2020, discussing the potential of 3D printing in housing, a pivotal moment reflecting his vision for accessible, modern design.

Partnering with CTO Sebin Joseph, Von Perry’s first project was a 1,700 sq ft, 3‑bed/2‑bath “v‑Home” in Nevada, Texas, a pioneering 3D printed build notable for using locally sourced, regular concrete instead of engineered mixes. Built at an estimated $120 per square foot for the custom home, the project demonstrated significant cost and labor savings over traditional methods.
